Who we are

Ganas de Tango is a project organised by Asociatia Tango Groove Mania.

Registration

The classes organised during the event have a limited number of seats, therefore prior registration and confirmation from the organisers is required in order to attend the classes. Full confirmation is considered only after the payment is done. If the payment has not been done within the mentioned payment deadline, the registration is cancelled.

No need to register for attending the milongas, unless choosing to get a milonga pack for all three milongas, in which case the registration should be done. The individual milongas have an open door policy, and anyone can participate to a milonga without prior registration and payment can be sorted at the reception desk.

Cancellation

In case you need to cancel, we reimburse the full amount if cancellation happens before 31st of March 2025, 50% of the paid amount if cancellation is done before 30th of April 2025 and no refund after 1st of May 2025. We will not cover any bank transfer fees.

In case we need to cancel the event, we will reimburse the paid amount.  Reasons to cancel could be any external, unpredictable, absolutely invincible and unavoidable event (force majeure event), or an event that cannot be foreseen nor prevented by the one who would have been called to answer if the event had not occurred (fortuitous event), or an official regulations which would not allow us to conduct the event in the way we would like it to be, and you would it expect it to be.

We reserve the right to change the program at any time.

GDPR

EU data protection law applies, so you consent that we are keeping and processing your submitted data. We guarantee to protect your personal data and treat it strictly confidential.

Media

You give us permission to take beautiful pictures and/or videos during the event and publish them online for remarkable memories.

Liability

This is a private event organised by the association “Tango Groove Mania”. Therefore, you are kindly asked to: (i) take care of your personal property (belongings); (ii) restrain in provoking any damages to the event premises; (iii) restrain in having any immoral or unruly behaviour; (iv) enjoy the event at the fullest possible!

The association cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the venue. The association cannot be held liable for any personal injury (including but not limited to those represented by health problems), property premises damages or any claims whatsoever. In case of event cancellation, the association may not assume any liability for personal costs involved.
